Image Toolkit is an independent project based in India. There is no call centre and no ticket portal — your message goes directly to the person who builds and maintains the site. Please use the email address above for all enquiries.

Reporting a problem
To help us fix an issue quickly, please include:
- The name of the tool and the page URL.
- What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- Your browser and device (for example, Chrome on Windows 11, or Safari on iPhone).
- The file type and approximate size — for example, “2.4 MB PNG photo”.
- A screenshot of the error message, if there is one.
Please do not email your personal files unless we ask for them. All processing happens in your browser and we have no access to the files you use. A short description and a screenshot are usually enough for us to reproduce the problem.
Advertising and business enquiries
We are open to relevant advertising and sponsorship enquiries. Please write to the email address above with the subject line “Advertising” and include your website, the type of promotion you have in mind, and your budget range. We do not accept ads for illegal products, malware, misleading downloads or adult content.
Privacy questions
Because files are processed locally, we do not hold copies of your images or PDFs and cannot retrieve or delete them for you. If you have a question about cookies, advertising data or your rights under GDPR or CCPA, please read our Privacy Policy first — it explains what is and is not collected. If your question is not answered there, email us and we will do our best to help.
Response time
We aim to reply to every genuine message within one to two business days. During busy periods it may take a little longer. Messages about bugs that affect many users are prioritised.
